Today the preserving of our
teeth and its aesthetic
appearance are basic expectations. Our most important services
are:
- free consulting and arranging a treatment schedule
- X-ray
- aesthetic fillings
- gold and silver inlays
- porcelain crowns, bridges of nickel-free metal or of gold
alloy
- metal-free crowns, bridges with a framework of zirconium
oxide
- whole removable prostheses and combined tooth frameworks
with hidden anchoring. |

A.) Preserving processes
If it’s possible, an affected tooth can be restored with fillings in
tooth color. If already larger part of the tooth is damaged, we can use
gold or ceramic inlays. If also the nerves are damaged it is necessary to
do a root processing.
B.) Tooth replacements
If the teeth can’t be reconstructed anymore with regular fillings, it is
necessarily to strengthen them from outside, in this case we make crowns.
If a crown is already almost completely damaged but the roots are still
well preserved, a crown with pegs can be inserted. If we replace a
missing tooth, we can make a bridge by using the teeth next to the gap.
The shortest bridge has two piers, but we can prepare also a bridge over
the whole tooth arc provided that sufficient piers are availabe. |
 |
| In the
worst case we can prepare a removable prosthesis if there are too many
missing teeth, or if the patient insists on having this kind of
replacement. The partial prosthesis is connected either with hooks or
with hidden anchoring with the teeth or crowns. |
C.) Implantation
We insert the implant into the jaw-bone, which builds a base for
anchoring crowns, bridges or for removable replacements. After the
implant is planted into the jawbones, it heals under the gum for 3 to 6
months. After healing screws will be inserted into these built-in
implants as an anchor for the teeth. |
