Only the materials of the most famous producers of the world are used in
our dental clinic.
The most important principal we apply is to use the most biocompatible
materials. |
 |
FILLINGS are exclusively made of photo-polymerization materials.
INLAYS may be made of gold or porcelain.
FIXED PROTHESIS (crowns, bridges).
External disguisement of these works is ceramic. The shape and color,
fully similar to the tooth, is prepared of that. Underneath the ceramic a
strong internal frame ensures the firmness against the chewing force.
This internal frame may be made of different materials.
Since allergy becomes more and more frequent in the world, the
utilization of metal-free materials plays a more important role in
dentistry. |

Above all the ZIRCONIUM has the outstandingly best features.
This is a special ceramic material, with an exceptional resistance and
toughness.
It is good heat insulator, it does not let warm and cold sense through.
Deriving from its material, it is the best material that can be applied
in medicine. There is not known allergy against it.
Its aesthetic attributes are such excellent that a well-prepared crown
hardly could be distinguished from the real teeth.
It is machined by computer controlled frez borer, thus the most accurate
frames may be prepared of it. |

 |
GOLD-PLATINUM alloy: until the appearance of zirconium and titanium it
was the best and most biocompatible material.
Since noble metal allergy against it is very rare.
It is recommended for those patients who already have such type of
installation in their mouth.
COBALT-CHROMIUM alloy: the traditional alloy used in dentistry, it has
very low allergenic effect.
Its advantage is its price for the patients.
NICKEL-CHROME alloy: traditional alloy in dentistry, due to its
relatively high allergenic effect we do not use in our dental clinic. |
|
REMOVABLE PROSTHESIS may be made of plastic and sheet-castings.
PARTIALLY REMOVABLE prosthesis is most frequently prepared on metal sheet,
because it provides better feeling for the patient, since it is thinner
and smaller in size compared to the plastic one.
The cobalt-chrome alloy is the most commonly used, because it can be well
formed, cheap, and allergy is very rare related to its usage.
Gold-platinum noble metal alloy: although it is easy to form, being very
expansive it has a major disadvantage.
ACRYLATE: the artificial gums and teeth are made of this material onto
the sheet. Exclusively acrylate is applied for prothesis to fully
toothless jaw-bone.
The plastic parts are recommended to be replaced every 4-5 years. |
